Cleo Costello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Synopsys Inc since February 2011, Cleo coordinates support activities for the Solutions IP Group and previously held the role of Sr. Director of Business Processes, overseeing high visibility initiatives. As a co-founder of C&L Consulting Group and JobPitchOut.com, Cleo focused on process re-engineering and operational excellence for the Synopsys IT group. Other significant positions include VP of Business Processes and Program Management at Blue Coat Systems, Sr. Director of Product Lifecycle Management at Synopsys, Manager of Quality at IBM, and Manufacturing Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Cleo's educational background includes advanced studies at Cornell University and Stanford University, as well as degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Computer Science from San Jose State University and California State University, Chico.
