Jihua Wei

Jihua WEI is an experienced operations staff specializing in supply planning and purchasing, currently working at Synopsys Inc since November 2024. Previously, Jihua served as a supply chain and purchasing coordinator at Netatmo from May 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included spend analysis and order management for electrical and mechanical components. At Innelec Multimédia, from October 2018 to April 2021, Jihua held the position of product sourcing manager, focusing on sourcing suppliers and developing private label gaming products. Jihua began the career as a purchasing assistant at Leroy Merlin from July 2015 to June 2016, contributing to the purchasing team in Beijing. Jihua holds two master's degrees in Supply Chain and Purchasing Management from Audencia and MIP Politecnico di Milano, and a bachelor's degree in French translation and interpretation from Beijing Language and Culture University.
