Luis Borgen

Luis Borgen has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 2022. Mr. Borgen served as Chief Financial Officer of athenahealth, Inc., a provider of cloud-based healthcare products and services, from September 2019 to April 2022. Prior to joining athenahealth, Inc., Mr. Borgen served as Chief Financial Officer of Vistaprint from 2017 to 2019, DavidsTea Inc. from 2012 to 2017 and DaVita Inc. from 2010 to 2012. He previously held several financial management positions at Staples Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President, Finance, and served as Captain in the United States Air Force. Mr. Borgen serves on the board of directors of Carters, Inc. and Eastern Bankshares, Inc.
