Shardul Suryawanshi

Shardul Suryawanshi is a PhD student at the Insight Centre for Data Analytics, with prior experience as a research intern at Huawei Ireland Research Center and as an M.Sc. student at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where coursework included Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Statistics. The master's thesis focused on "Multimodal Meme Classification: Identifying Offensive Content using Deep Neural Networks." Earlier in the career, Shardul held roles as a Senior QA Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer at Cybage Software, specializing in web services automation and UI testing. Shardul earned a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Analytics from the University of Galway and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
