Rob Pasternak

Rob Pasternak, PhD, currently serves as an AI Engineer at Synthflow AI, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rob held multiple positions at deepset, including Applied NLP Engineer and Junior Applied NLP Engineer, from May 2022 to October 2024. Rob's academic career includes a postdoctoral researcher role at Leibniz-Zentrum Allgemeine Sprachwissenschaft from September 2018 to November 2021 and a graduate student researcher and teaching assistant at Stony Brook University from August 2013 to June 2018.
