Anderson Vaz is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, data, and software development across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Syntho, Anderson is responsible for mentoring engineering teams and aligning technical efforts with business objectives. Anderson previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at TAUS, contributing to strategic technology decisions and partner integrations. With a solid background as a Lead Software/Data Engineer at Teradata and leadership roles at Backbase, Oracle, and Indra, Anderson has developed a strong expertise in big data, machine learning, and software architecture. Anderson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, along with numerous specialized training certifications.
