Carmen Ng

Carmen Ng is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and securities compliance. At Sysco since February 2011, Carmen has held multiple roles, including Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Transactions, and Senior Director of Transactions. Prior to Sysco, Carmen worked as an Attorney at Winstead PC, emphasizing corporate law matters, and served as Counsel at Tanox, Inc. Carmen holds a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and a BS and MS from Baylor University, along with an International Baccalaureate from Awty International High School.
