Nikola Milikic

Nikola Milikic is a Senior Software Engineer at Sysdig since May 2020, contributing to the PromQL team with a focus on optimizing performance for the read pipeline and restructuring the CICD pipeline, bridging DevOps and Backend teams. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Sysdig, where responsibilities included developing a high-performance time-series data store, and as a Software Engineer at GroundLink, managing backend projects for global car rental services. Nikola also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Belgrade for multiple programming courses and co-founded ProSolo Technologies, developing a competency-based learning platform while managing a small team. Early career experience includes research internships at DERI and the University of Southampton. Nikola holds a PhD, MSc, and Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems from the University of Belgrade.
