Acadia customers leverage well designed, highly intuitive software that provides just-in-time training and procedural information to employees, anytime, anywhere, on any web-enabled device along with a simple but powerful management tool that allows for continual performance monitoring and improvement.

Acadia has been deployed to enterprise clients in the retail banking, manufacturing, logistics and services verticals in the last three years with user counts ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands. Current Acadia clients access Acadia from the factory floor, distribution centers and back office around the world, in more than a dozen languages.

You will be working with our sales and marketing teams, along with an experienced team of software and consulting industry professionals as we grow a significant user base among large enterprises.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and align SAI software and solutions with strategic client problems in target enterprises

  • Utilize your industry experience and network to introduce clients to best practice methods, models and techniques for improving business performance

  • Find the power base within the client and focus your strategic selling skills and our resources on landing large SaaS deployments

  • Carefully manage complex sales cycles

  • Manage the negotiation of business terms to ensure success for the client and for SAI

  • Work closely with SAI’s Client Success team to ensure long term impact within each SAI client that you serve

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated success selling software and/or services to senior executives in large enterprise prospects

  • Respected by prior clients for integrity and predictability; listens to and focuses on clients

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment

  • A continuous learner, excited by the opportunity to help clients in disparate roles address a wide range of issues

  • Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal), create and present high value deliverables, proposals and presentations to varying audience

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Information Technology preferred

  • At least 10 years of relevant business development experience with increasing levels of responsibility for larger accounts and transactions
