Borys Ratuszny

Borys Ratuszny is a seasoned professional with experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Instructor Business Partner at Szkoła biznesu Laba since March 2023. In this role, Borys manages the sourcing and recruiting processes for the Laba Group in Poland, collaborates with teams to define hiring requirements, develops sourcing strategies, conducts interviews, and oversees communication between the company and prospective lecturers. Previously, Borys worked as a Talent Attraction Specialist at The Adecco Group, focusing on candidate sourcing for the UK&I and Benelux regions, and as a Customer Advisor at x-kom, where engagement in sales and customer service was key.
