Bryan Bates

Bryan Bates is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise sales management. Currently serving as Sales Director for Large Enterprise at Lumen Technologies since July 2016, Bryan has successfully driven sales force automation and managed Fortune 500 accounts, generating $50 million in annual revenue within the Illinois market. Prior to this role, Bryan held various positions at Sprint from January 2000 to June 2016, including Director of Enterprise Sales, where responsibilities included directing a sales team of over 50 employees and managing $65 million in annual revenue across multiple Midwest regions. Bryan’s early career at Sprint featured successes as a Sales Manager and Sr. Account Executive, achieving consistent over-quota performance. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
