Monica Frohock-Kunz

Monica Frohock-Kunz is a seasoned HR Operations Leader with extensive experience in payroll and employee service management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Solution Services at T-Mobile since January 2021, Monica has successfully implemented Workday Payroll and UKG Dimensions. Prior to T-Mobile, Monica held various positions at Sprint from February 2004 to January 2021, culminating in the role of Director of Executive Compensation and Payroll, managing a significant payroll operation and leading a team of 24. Earlier roles included Director of Payroll and Payroll Manager, where Monica developed performance management strategies and ensured accurate processing of $2.5 billion in annual payroll. Additionally, Monica has leadership experience in the non-profit sector as the Chair and Director of Operations for The At Ease Project, focusing on assisting veterans in their transition to civilian life. Monica holds a B.S. in Business Management from Western Governors University and an Associate degree in Business from The University of Kansas.
