Nayla Hamade

Nayla Hamade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network infrastructure and product management, currently serving as the Director of Systems and IP Solutions in Network Infrastructure Engineering at T-Mobile since March 2006. In this role, Nayla leads mission-critical infrastructure and IP network services to support the needs of Core Network and IT organizations. Previously, as Senior Manager of Product Management for Device Services Technology, Nayla successfully delivered key products such as Wi-Fi Calling and Voice over LTE to approximately 100 million T-Mobile customers, significantly enhancing network coverage and customer satisfaction. Starting their career as a Network Engineer at the University of New Mexico, Nayla managed wireless configuration and infrastructure in a large-scale environment. Nayla holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
