Abdul Ahad Ahmadzai

Abdul Ahad Ahmadzai is an accomplished engineering professional with a focus on land development in the Greater Toronto Area. Currently serving as the Director of Development for Blocks and Subdivisions at T.Y. Lin International since January 2022, Ahmadzai leads a team dedicated to delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions for clients. Previously, from May 2008 to December 2021, Ahmadzai held the role of Project Manager at TMIG (The Municipal Infrastructure Group Ltd.), overseeing the design and approval of large residential subdivisions, and also served as Municipal Engineer, focusing on municipal infrastructure projects. Ahmadzai began career experience as an Assistant Engineer at the City of Toronto, contributing to the Winter Services and Maintenance Contract for the Etobicoke District. Ahmadzai earned a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Engineering in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto.
