Ryan Mikulsky

Ryan Mikulsky, PE, is a Senior Project Manager at T2 Utility Engineers, a position held since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Transportation/Highway Engineer at Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP from September 2019 to February 2020, and as a Roadway Design Engineer at Lochner from January 2017 to September 2019. Earlier, Ryan worked as an Engineering Scientific and Technical Intern in Design for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) from May 2014 to August 2016, focusing on Hydrology and Hydraulic methods and the design of Erosion and Sedimentation Pollution Control Plans. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, earned between 2012 and 2016, and is a graduate of Richland High School, class of 2012.
