Stephen Powell is a seasoned investment and corporate governance expert with extensive experience in the consumer technology, wellness, and healthcare sectors. As the Managing Member of Corvest Capital Partners, LLC since 2009, Stephen advises and invests in "scale up" companies. Additionally, Stephen serves as Lead Director at OneSpaWorld Holdings Ltd., Board Member and Investor at Massage Envy Spa, and is involved with the Stakeholder Impact Foundation, focusing on enhancing corporate board representation for underrepresented groups. Previous roles include Board Member positions at Haymaker Acquisition Corp. and Atkins Nutritionals, and a Managing Director role at Prospect Capital Management.
