David B. Barker, Jr.

As one member of generations of family members that have had the opportunity to learn, teach, and grow in the classroom, in the dorm, and on the playing fields at the School by the Sea, He is honored to be a member of Tabor's board. His goal is to help ensure that all who come to Tabor have an equal or even better chance to grow and excel both inside and outside of the classroom, and to uncover a passion through the numerous activities offered. His ultimate hope for Tabor today, and in the future, is that all who are members of the Tabor community leave the school with an enduring connection and use that to work earnestly to make their community, one another, and our world a place where all can thrive.
