RexAnn Shotwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care procurement and membership services, currently serving as the Purchasing Program Director at the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) since November 2012. In this role, RexAnn is responsible for managing GPO contracts, negotiating agreements with suppliers, and leading operations to support federally qualified health centers. Prior experience includes serving as Member Services Director, where RexAnn developed membership initiatives and oversaw engagement metrics, and as Outreach and Enrollment Project Manager, directing a statewide team to enhance health care program enrollment. Earlier roles at Seton Healthcare Family included Health Plan Program Manager and Community Outreach Supervisor. RexAnn holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas State University.
