Mikhail Puzhailo

Mikhail Puzhailo is a seasoned aviation professional with over 20 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and operations. Currently serving as Fleet Manager at TAG Aviation since October 2024, Mikhail previously held the position of Maintenance Operation Controller at VistaJet from January 2019 to October 2024, overseeing various aircraft models including Cessna and Challenger. Prior experience includes serving as Maintenance Control Manager at Comlux Aviation AG, focusing on multiple aircraft types, as well as working as a Customer Support Engineer for Bombardier Aerospace. Mikhail began their career as an Avionics Technician at Bombardier Aerospace and Innotech Aviation. Educationally, Mikhail holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aircraft Electrical Equipment from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, earned from 1989 to 1995.
