Payal Sinha

Payal Sinha is a dedicated legal professional specializing in supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Currently serving as Managing Attorney at the Tahirih Justice Center since September 2021, Payal also contributes as a Pro Bono Attorney at the Pro Bono Project Silicon Valley. Past roles include Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe and Managing Attorney at Peace Over Violence, where Payal managed legal representation for survivors under the Violence Against Women Act. Payal has extensive experience providing legal representation in family law and immigration matters, including work with low-income immigrant survivors through various organizations, such as The Bar Association of San Francisco and The Women's Foundation of California. Payal holds advanced degrees in law from prestigious institutions, including an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law from the University of Southern California and a Post Graduation in Intellectual Property Rights from the National Law School of India University.
