Kelley Downs

Kelley Downs is a Change Manager at Tahoe Forest Health System since November 2019, previously serving as a Senior Change Manager at Puget Sound Energy. With a strong background in communications and training, Kelley contributed to the Workday Implementation at the University of Nevada Reno and held consulting roles at Hydra Insight and NTT DATA, where Kelley focused on organizational change management and training strategy.
