Ahmad Showail

Ahmad Showail is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in computer science and engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Vice Dean at Taibah University, Ahmad has successfully led the College of Computer Science and Engineering, overseeing over 200 faculty and approximately 6,500 students. As the Founding Dean of the College of Computer and Cyber Sciences at the University of Prince Mugrin, Ahmad established unique programs and secured significant projects, enhancing educational opportunities and industry collaboration. Ahmad's notable contributions include securing scholarships for students, initiating technology projects, and founding a successful online marketplace. With advanced degrees from KAUST and a recent leadership program at Harvard University, Ahmad continues to drive innovation and academic excellence in the region.
