Perry James

Perry James is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager and previously as IT Field Engineer at Tailor Made Technologies since January 2020, where responsibilities include providing IT support to both on-site and remote users. Prior to this role, Perry worked as a Helpdesk Engineer at The Goodwood Group from February 2019 to January 2020, delivering remote support to numerous users, performing server monitoring, user account management, and overseeing secure email gateways. From October 2013 to February 2019, Perry gained experience as an IT Technician at Oaklands Catholic School, providing hardware and software support to staff and students. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Apprenticeship in IT & Telecoms from City of Portsmouth College and A-Level education from South Downs College.
