Will Norris

Will Norris is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in open source development and software engineering. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Tailscale since May 2022, Will previously held key roles at Twitter as Open Source Lead, and at Google as Open Source Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. Will has contributed significantly to projects such as the DiSo Project for OpenStack protocols and the Shibboleth SAML-based authentication software, working collaboratively with distributed teams. Will's engineering experience also spans positions at Internet2, Vidoop LLC, the University of Southern California, the University of Memphis, Visible School of Music and Worship Arts College, and GeoStats. Educational background includes attendance at Visible Music College and Georgia Institute of Technology.
