Betsy Jenkins Parrington

Betsy leads Taitem’s Quality Assurance department, providing quality assurance services to a range of NYSERDA programs, including the Multifamily Performance Program. She has more than 15 years of experience in energy auditing and retrofit projects, encompassing multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects in New York City and multifamily projects throughout New York State. Betsy is certified by the Building Performance Institute as a Multifamily Building Analyst Professional. She has developed and delivered training workshops on building science, billing analysis, and energy efficiency retrofits. Betsy telecommutes from her newly constructed super-insulated home in Stamford, VT. She holds a B.S. in Engineering and a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature, both from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania.
