Ilenia Cecchini

Ilenia Cecchini has extensive experience in quality management and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Quality at Takeda since September 2019. Additionally, Ilenia holds the title of Quality System & Compliance Lead at Shire, where responsibilities include GMP and QA validation oversight since May 2015. Concurrently, Ilenia is also the Responsabile compliance at Baxalta and has been part of Baxter Healthcare since 2002, where roles have included Quality Control Head, Laboratory Specialist, and Laboratory Coordinator. Ilenia Cecchini earned a degree in Chemistry from Università di Pisa.
