Kathleen Carrell

Kathleen Carrell is an experienced professional in workplace strategy and facilities management, currently serving as the Global Workplace Strategy Lead at Takeda since September 2020. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for the evolution of post-COVID workplace strategies and defining workplace technology landscapes to enhance employee experiences. Prior to Takeda, Kathleen held leadership positions at FM:Systems, CBRE, Fannie Mae, AbbVie, and Abbott Laboratories, where contributions included leading customer success, occupancy management, and facilities transformation initiatives. Kathleen’s extensive background includes a range of roles in facility planning and execution consulting for notable organizations such as Abbott Laboratories and Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals. Kathleen holds an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Interior Architecture Design from Purdue University.
