Nobi Azuma

Nobi A. is a seasoned investor relations professional with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate communications. Currently serving as Senior Director of Investor Relations at Takeda since September 2017, Nobi A. relocated from Tokyo to New York in January 2019, managing North American investor relations and collaborating on international investor relations outside Japan. Notably, Nobi A. was integral to the Shire acquisition deal team, acting as the main contact for international investors and advisors. Prior to Takeda, Nobi A. held leadership roles at Nomura Securities, where responsibilities included overseeing North American corporate access for Japanese companies, and at Taylor Rafferty, focusing on communications for transactions and crises. Nobi A. began a career in finance as a Trading Assistant at Morgan Stanley and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College.
