Parag Dave is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data, digital transformation, and technology within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Data, Digital, and Technology at Takeda, Parag leads Digital Transformation initiatives for manufacturing and operations, including technology deployment and cybersecurity management. Previous roles include Director of Solution Architecture and IT-OT Integrations at Apprentice.io, where Parag specialized in transforming manufacturing processes through SaaS solutions, and Manager of Global MES and Automation Business Analysis at Viatris, focusing on MES rollout and integration strategies. With a solid foundation in engineering and IT, Parag holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Management Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Northern Virginia.
