Reshu Kumari

Reshu Kumari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Senior Business Associate at Takshashila Consulting since April 2024, Reshu previously held various roles at Alstom from July 2019 to March 2023, including EPU Manager and Production Engineer, where significant achievements in workforce management and operational improvements were realized. Reshu also contributed to the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode as an Elected Representative for the Conscious Business Circle from April 2023 to March 2024. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, an International Immersion in Fashion and Luxury Management from SDA Bocconi, and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Patna.
