Helen Molloy

Helen Molloy has extensive experience in underwriting and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Underwriting Policy, Governance & Quality at TAL Australia since September 2006. Previous roles at TAL include Head of Underwriting Risk & Strategy and National Underwriting Manager, Group Life, overseeing the underwriting function across various divisions. Prior to TAL, Helen worked at Swiss Re from 1996 to 2006, holding positions such as Chief Underwriter and Manager Underwriting New Ventures and Development. Helen's career began at MLC Life Insurance, where roles included Underwriter and Senior Underwriter from 1987 to 1996. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Sydney and a Certificate IV in Life Insurance from Deakin University, where studies are ongoing.
