Pat Cowley

Pat Cowley currently serves as the Head of Claims for Rest at TAL Australia, leading a team of 80 Life Insurance Claims Specialists since August 2019. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at MetLife Australia, where Cowley was the Head of Group Service Delivery, overseeing Group Claims and Underwriting teams, and achieved numerous key successes such as developing best practice claims operations and innovative claims processes. Cowley has also managed claims teams at Asteron and Aviva plc, accumulating extensive expertise in claims management and service delivery. Educational qualifications include advanced training in claims and insurance, alongside a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Solent University.
