Jim Fox

Jim Fox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned talent management consultant at ThePeopleFox since 2017, specializing in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management solutions for diverse organizations. In addition, Jim serves as a continuous improvement consultant for the Talent Board, where expertise is provided in evaluating talent acquisition processes and enhancing candidate experiences. As a human resources leader at the Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio, Inc., Jim collaborated with senior leaders and managed remote teams and HR technologies. Prior experience at ADP involved serving as a trusted advisor to global business leaders while leading multiple client engagements following the acquisition of The RightThing. Jim holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
