Genil Washington

Genil Washington possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving on the Advisory Board of Talent Collective. Previously, Genil held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Druva and served as Senior Director of Global Talent Operations and Programs at Coupa Software. At Medallia, Genil was the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Programs and also held the Director of Talent Acquisition role at Stanford Health Care. Genil is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at Golden Gate University and has also attended Cornell University since 2007.
