Kelly Boyle Ma

Kelly Boyle is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at Umbra since September 2022. With a background that includes significant roles at various organizations, Kelly has developed and implemented HR programs and policies aimed at fostering growth and employee development. Previous positions include Regional Human Resources Manager at RRD Canada and Senior Human Resources and Learning Advisor at the Ontario Nurses' Association, where Kelly focused on performance management and employee engagement. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and has obtained qualifications in Human Resources Management and Adult Learning.
