Amy Hafensteiner is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various high-impact roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Boston Chapter of TALK, Amy has held key executive positions such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Triumvirate Environmental and Brightcove, as well as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Quanterix. Amy has demonstrated expertise in restructuring talent acquisition teams, leading strategic sourcing initiatives, and enhancing candidate experiences in collaboration with senior executives. Amy’s career commenced at ESPN, and an educational foundation in Journalism and Communications was established at Northeastern University.
