James McAllister

James McAllister currently serves as Reward Director at TalkTalk since November 2018 and has been with EE as Reward & Reporting Director since June 2014. Prior to these roles, James held several finance leadership positions, including Head of Finance - Service at Orange Personal Communications Services Limited and Head of Finance - Customer Operations at Everything Everywhere Ltd. Earlier career experiences include Finance Manager at Marks & Spencer Plc and Product Manager at Morgan Stanley. James holds a BA (1st) from both the University of Nottingham and Ecole Superieur De Commerce Rennes, along with an extensive educational background from Bradford Grammar School.
