The Governance and Oversight team at Talladega College is responsible for ensuring that the institution adheres to its mission and operates within legal and ethical standards. Comprised mainly of trustees, including a Chair and Vice Chair, this team oversees the college's policies, strategic direction, and financial sustainability, while also fostering transparency and accountability in governance practices.
