Ross Wills

Ross Wills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, agricultural operations, and engineering. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Tama Group since May 2023, Ross is responsible for the operational leadership of environmental recycling activities across New Zealand. Previous roles include Territory Account Manager at Ecolab, where Ross specialized in high-grade milk quality and animal health, and Regional Manager for the M Bovis Programme at AsureQuality, overseeing a team of 70 staff members. Ross’s entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the self-employment venture in dairy farming and ownership of Wilco Machinery & Engineering, while technical expertise is supported by trade certificates and a Bachelor of Applied Business Management from Otago Polytechnic.
