Kevin Saavedra

Kevin Saavedra is a seasoned professional in real estate investment management and consulting, currently serving as a Partner at Seventh Wave Investment Partners since January 2013. In addition to this role, Kevin has been a Trustee for the Tamalpais Union High School District since 2018, representing one of California's top public high school districts. As an Advisory Council Member of NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area since June 2009, Kevin contributed significantly by launching the award-winning Young Professionals Group educational program and co-chairing the NAIOP Executive Development Program. Prior career positions include Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Vice President at Rockwood Capital, and Associate in Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield. Kevin's early experience encompasses roles at Wells Fargo, Shuwa Investments Corporation, and the U.S. House of Representatives, where Kevin gained valuable insights into market analysis and legislative communications. Kevin holds a BA in Business Administration and Sociology from UCLA.
