Jay Marmo

Jay Marmo has extensive management experience, currently serving as General Manager at Tanger Outlets since October 2008, overseeing all operations of a 350,000 square foot outdoor shopping center with 85 tenants. Responsibilities include managing leasing, marketing, operations, and financial activities. Previously, Jay Marmo held the position of Assistant General Manager, focusing on maintaining the shopping destination and developing budgets based on a zero-based budgeting system. Prior to Tanger Outlets, Jay Marmo worked as an HR/Payroll Coordinator at Hoffman Southwest Corp. from October 2000 to June 2008, where the role involved auditing and processing multi-state payroll for over 500 employees and managing complex rate calculations for Prevailing Wage/Certified Payroll.
