Jenny Misic

Jenny Misic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, product controls, and vendor management. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Tangerine since March 2023, Jenny has previously held significant roles at Scotiabank, including Director of Product Controls & Vendor Management and Director of Travel Credit Cards. Prior experience encompasses leadership positions at Chase, GE Capital, and CIBC, where responsibilities ranged from product marketing to partnerships and credit card management. Jenny holds a Post Graduate degree in Marketing from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto.
