Marcello Palmitessa is a seasoned design engineer currently working at Tangity since July 2021, where responsibilities include bridging design and software engineering, architecting accessible and sustainable websites, and integrating design systems with modern frameworks. Previously, Marcello served as a front-end architect and developer at Avanade from June 2013 to July 2021, leading various web application projects, ensuring technical feasibility in collaboration with UX designers, and delivering Sitecore solutions. Additional experience includes senior developer roles at Synergia ICT, AGS Group, and Pirelli Sistemi Informativi, among others, showcasing a solid foundation in software development, project leadership, and solution architecture.
