Chaya Rao

Chaya Rao is an experienced training and education professional currently serving as the Director of Training Development at Tanium since May 2021. In addition, Chaya is a member of the Board of Directors at Austin Classical Guitar, focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, International Programs, and Curriculum Structuring. Previous roles include Global Head of Training for MindSphere at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where responsibilities encompassed managing a revenue-generating global training business and overseeing multiple programs. Chaya's career also includes positions at RapidMiner, TIBCO Software, PayPal, and Oracle, where roles ranged from Director of Education to Manager within the Oracle Education Division, showcasing a diverse skill set in training development, curriculum design, and stakeholder collaboration. Education was pursued at the University of Minnesota and Bangalore University.
