Rui Franco has extensive experience since September 1991 at TAP Air Portugal, currently serving as Head of Route Profitability - FP&A, responsible for the key cost-revenue allocation model, profitability analysis, and team management. Previous roles include Head of Finance for the Cost Department, focusing on the development of the Route Profitability Analysis model and overseeing financial reporting for various segments of TAP Group. Additionally, Rui has a background in IT within TAP Services, having implemented SAP ERP and worked on financial software applications. Rui also served as an Assistant Professor at Universidade Moderna de Lisboa, teaching Financial Calculations. Education includes a Graduate degree in Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and ongoing studies at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
