Chandra has over 20 years of customer experience focused work, including sales, onboarding, technical sales engineering, operations, and success management. Through her leadership and guidance, Chandra’s customers find where they can best and most readily achieve success through process improvement projects both large and small. Chandra’s broad experience (government, real estate, insurance, healthcare) and ability to leverage analytics has helped lead multiple M&A successes. Chandra remains focused on simplifying and integrating people and processes and is a Certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
