Hank Lavoy

Hank LaVoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) offerings, currently serving as Managing Director at Talent Solutions TAPFIN since July 2012. In this role, Hank oversees service offerings for two global organizations with a budget exceeding $200 million, leading a team to ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Operations and Performance Management, focusing on contingent labor programs and program optimization. Prior to Talent Solutions TAPFIN, Hank was Program Director at Beeline, where management of a VMS/MSP program for Chevron resulted in significant cost savings. Hank holds an MBA in Organizational Human Relations from Virginia College and a B.S. in Human Resources from Cal State East Bay.
