Shelly Crawford

Shelly Crawford has over 25 years of experience in workforce management and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Shared Services at Talent Solutions TAPFIN since March 2016, Shelly oversees components of Contingent Workforce Programs, facilitating communication between clients and vendors. Prior to this role, Shelly spent nearly 17 years at BBVA Compass as a Senior Staffing Consultant, focusing on retail branch banking recruitment in Arizona. Additionally, Shelly gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Arthur Andersen from 1989 to 1998. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
