Kat Skuza

Kat Skuza has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Reward Manager at TAQA Group since March 2013, following a progressive career within the organization that includes roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Co-ordinator. Key responsibilities encompass providing HR advice, preparing contractual paperwork, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring legal compliance of HR policies. Prior to TAQA Group, Kat worked at Odgers Berndtson as a Research Consultant in the Oil & Gas Practice, identifying candidates for senior positions and managing market data. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in HR Management and a BA (Hons) in Management with HRM from Robert Gordon University, as well as a BA in English Literature from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
