Kiran Scarr

Kiran Scarr is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and transformational leadership within the legal sector. Currently serving as General Counsel, Corporate at TAQA Group since January 2024, Kiran previously held the position of Principal at Support Legal, where responsibilities included leading transformational change and strategic development. Kiran co-founded changeosity, a consultancy focused on enhancing productivity and leadership in businesses, and has served as General Counsel at DMCC, where award-winning teams were led in achieving legal and regulatory compliance. Kiran's early legal career includes significant roles at Allen & Overy, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Dentons, specializing in public-private partnerships, infrastructure projects, and complex cross-border transactions. Kiran holds an LLB (Hons) and is an accredited executive coach from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
